About Me
Hi, I’m Emma, and like you, parenting has been one of the most transformational journeys of my life. It’s been filled with joy, challenges, and big questions about who I want to be for my child.
For me, that journey came with extra complexity—I became single while pregnant, with little family support, and later discovered my child is neurodiverse. Navigating it all made healing non-negotiable—I knew I had to restore my own emotional and mental well-being to be the parent my child needed.
Therapy changed my life so profoundly that I became a therapist myself, launching my own counselling practice when my child was 3 (I look back and wonder what I was thinking!). In 2019, I co-founded Dream Your Future Families, dedicated to helping parents find more confidence, connection, and ease in their parenting.
Now, I share both my personal and professional insights through online courses and resources—because I know first hand how powerful it is to feel supported, seen, and equipped with tools that truly work.
